How can I restrict the access of my notebook to a specific app only, so that no other programs or files can be downloaded or executed without my permission? I want to prevent my brother from using my notebook for gaming or other activities that could compromise its security and performance. I am not very familiar with technology and I use my notebook for work purposes.
